I have been a customer of Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers for over 10 years. During that time, I have had a couple sets of hearing aids and my life has changed dramatically. I have gone from a high school wrestler to an unruly fraternity man. Now at 25, I have started my professional career as a mortgage banker. Thanks to Hear In Kentucky, my hearing loss hasn't slowed me down during any of these stages of life. I have always had phenomenal help from everyone at Hear In Kentucky no matter which office I went to. I was always greeted with the same smile and willingness to help whether I was there because I broke my hearing aids and needed to have them repaired, for routine hearing aid cleaning or looking into getting new hearing aids. Everyone at Hear In Kentucky has always been there to help me.
Not only has the service been out of this world, the technology has been amazing. Each time I have gotten a new set of hearing aids, I think to myself, "This is what normal hearing sounds like." Each time it just gets better. Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers have always been on top of technology and keep me on the cutting edge. Looks, style and new technology are extremely important to me and I've never had to worry about that with the hearing aids I've purchased from Hear In Kentucky.

I have had hearing loss probably most of my life. It was first identified when I started college in 1972, but had never really created much of a barrier for my day-to-day life. Then in 2001, I was prescribed a medication that was ototoxic. My hearing declined significantly during the time I was taking that medication, to the point that my husband commented that he thought my hearing had worsened. I noticed at work I was struggling more and more to understand my co-workers and patients. In 2002, I tried for more than 6 months to wear hearing aids from another hearing center. Due to the physical discomfort while wearing them and the minimal improvement in hearing they provided, I gave up and wrote off the option of hearing aids. As it became evident over the next couple of years that my hearing loss was interfering more and more with my job, I decided to investigate the option of hearing aids once more. In 2004, I went to Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers and was assured that I should definitely not have pain while wearing hearing aids. Despite their efforts, I could not escape the discomfort while wearing the hearing aids. However, the staff at Hear In Kentucky was devoted to finding the right hearing aids for me that did not cause discomfort and worked with me patiently until they did.
I was eventually fit with the new "open" hearing aids and can't believe how quickly they solved my problems. Now my hearing is crisp, even in crowds. I no longer have pain or discomfort from wearing hearing aids. I am even adjusting to using my stethoscope without removing my hearing aids. I now feel much more confident at work and enjoy my daily activities again. Life is a new experience now that I am able to hear the birds in the morning, the cat's meow and whispers.

I got hearing aids at Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers years ago and have been seen by several hearing insturment specialists. All the specialists I have seen have treated me well and have always been professional and friendly.
I thought that one of my hearing aids was damaged and took it to Hear In Kentucky to be checked. They fixed it in minutes - you can't beat the service here.
I would tell anyone I know who is trying to decide about hearing aids to come to Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers. They will help you to understand if you need hearing aids and which hearing aids will best help you.

I never expected to need hearing aids (I never expected to need reading glasses, either, but that’s another story) until I actually had my hearing tested. My wife had been giving me gentle hints, such as “You need to have your hearing checked,” or, “You need hearing aids.” I guess what did it for me was the usual “Baby Boomer” stuff like loud rock music, military service (gun crew in the Navy), Walkman music, etc. The final cause was undoubtedly the black powder shooting I did while Civil War re-enacting over several years (with no hearing protection). When one of the other guys suggested I have my hearing tested, I said OK. I knew my hearing wasn't perfect, but I was shocked when I learned how much I had lost. They explained that without correction, my hearing would deteriorate to the point where even hearing aids might not help. I got my first set of hearing aids from Hear In Kentucky eight years ago. I really liked the service and help I got from the specialists. They took me step by step through the learning process. It takes a while to get used to the aids, but I realized from the beginning how much I had been missing. My work is mostly with a senior clientele. My own hearing loss helps me to understand what many of them are suffering, and my hearing correction helps me to communicate with them better. The hearing aids have definitely helped me at work and my personal life. I recently got a new set of aids from Hear In Kentucky, I treated myself to the newest technology, and I’m amazed at the difference from the original ones. The technology has improved to the point that my “open ear” aids are so comfortable that I usually forget I’m wearing them. In fact, I’m sort of afraid that I’ll mistakenly wear them in the shower! And they’re pretty much unnoticeable. Thanks, Hear In Kentucky!

I kiss my Hear In Kentucky hearing aids every night because I can now hear what my husband is saying. I can hear my grandchildren tell me they love me. I can hear the singing in church.

I am 54 years old and married to a wonderful wife with one daughter and two granddaughters. The oldest granddaughter, who is 10 years old, would come over for the weekend. We would go out to play or to visit other family members. I noticed the greatest difficulty I had was that I could never understand what she was saying. I always had to have my wife, "grammy", translate for me. I thought my granddaughter just had a shy way about herself and therefore spoke very softly. Then I thought, "How come everyone else can understand her and I am not understanding what she is saying?" I decided to have my hearing checked and found that hearing aids were needed. Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers fit me with hearing aids and changed my world. I did not know what I had been missing. Because my hearing loss was gradual, I didn't realize how bad it had become. Now when my granddaughters come to visit, I can interact and enjoy them. I can even understand my youngest granddaughter. Thanks Hear In Kentucky and if you think you have a hearing problem please get help.

In January, I was fit with Hearstic EC3 hearing aids. Immediately, I could hear better and could even hear the people whispering behind me. I am now able to hear the birds sing, sirens and other sound I could not hear before. The hearing aids are so light weight I forget I am wearing them.
Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers did a wonderful job. They even made my wife happier - the T.V. is not loud and she doesn have to repeat everything. Nicole Blake, Student and Treyton Oaks Towers Employee
I am in my late 20s and started having problems in college because I couldn't hear. At one point, I had to drop out of college, but that all changed when Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers tested my hearing and told me I had a hearing loss in both ears. I couldn't afford hearing aids at that time, but was finally able to get them through services provided by Vocational Rehabiliation. Since I have received my hearing aids, I have been able to understand and hear a lot better. I can now hear myself talking and am able to maintain my voice at a comfortable volume for those around me. There is hope for anyone that needs hearing help, young and old. Hearing aids can make a difference no matter how young...or old you are. Thank you Hear In Kentucky.

Doing business with Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers has changed my life. Most of us don't think hearing is a problem, but I decided to have my ears tested and found out I had a hearing loss. The greatest thing that happened when I walked out of Hear In Kentucky, after receiving my hearing aids, was hearing the rain on the windshield of my car and the birds singing.
The employees at Hear In Kentucky were all great and David was awesome. Everyone that I have dealt with has taken care of me. Thanks Hear In Kentucky

When I decided to purchase hearing aids, I came to the right place when I came to Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers. They are always friendly and will work with you until they get it right. I also like the fact that I can wear the hearing aids for 30 days to see if I can really wear them. I like the idea of not having to adjust them every time I put them in. I like the beep that tells me the battery is low. I am very satisfied with Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers.

I have been wearing hearing aids for almost 30 years and the Audibel hearing aids I now have are the best I have found. They were right the first time I got them. Go to Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers and see David Mills. He is the best I have found and he will work with you until you are satisfied.
Trust me - you won't be sorry.

Working with Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers has been a wonderful experience. I finally accepted the fact of having a hearing problem, when I realized how much I was missing when I couldn't hear in church. Two of my friends recommended Hear In Kentucky to me and I decided to follow their advice. The personnel at Hear In Kentucky is understanding and the products are outstanding. I have never been disappointed.

Hear In Kentucky has taken good care of me. My husband encouraged me to get a hearing aid because I kept the TV too loud. The people at Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers always take good care of me when I need to be seen. My hearing aid is so important, I wouldn't feel safe without it now. You don't realize how much you have missed without a hearing aid, until you get one.

I have been hard to fit with hearing aids because my ear canals are curved, but the staff at Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers has patiently worked with me to get my hearing aids comfortable. Hear In Kentucky has always taken care of my needs. I have several friends who come to Hear In Kentucky and they are also well pleased with the service they have received.

I have had severe hearing loss for years and have worn different types of hearing aids from other hearing centers, but prefer Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers because of their customer service. They go the extra mile to make sure I can hear to the best of my ability. I recommend Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers no matter how mild or severe your hearing loss is.

In 1998, I began to notice that I had to ask people to repeat themselves and that I was having difficulty hearing on the telephone. My family also complained that I set the volume on the television too loud. So, on a recommendation of a friend, I made my first vist to Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers. Since then Hear In Kentucky has solved my hearing problems by consistently staying on top of the latest technology.
My latest hearing aids have given me the opportunity to use my phones (cell and regular) without interference, set the volume on the television at a lower level and understand speakers at meetings. This is wonderful.
I appreaciate the many appointments that Hear In Kentucky have made to bring my hearing to an acceptable level. I have referred several people to Hear In Kentucky and they too have been very satisfied with the service and technology.

Not only is the service provided by the staff at Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers deluxe quality, the hearing aids have improved my quality of life by enabling me to hear and understand our preacher’s sermons in church; be better informed now that I can hear all of the radio and TV news caster, not just a few of them; and participate in conversations more intelligently now that I can hear what the other people are saying and I don’t have to guess. The best part, my husband doesn't have to repeat himself anymore.

I recently purchased my second set of hearing aids from Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers. I was so satisfied with my original set, that I didn't look at any other hearing center when it came to replace them. If you are in the market for hearing aids, I recommend that you go to Hear In Kentucky first!

I always had problems with my "in-the-ear" type hearing aids, such as feedback when talking on the telephone and excessive amplification when I ate from the jaw movement. Then I tried the new digital hearing aids from Hear In Kentucky Hearing Centers. The difference was dramatic. I walked ouside the office to test them while traffic was whizzing by. I was amazed that my hearing was enhanced but the background noise was muted. I was sold. Now I wear the new hearing aids whereever I go. I am also able to use the telephone in a normal fashion and chew without any annoyance. I don't even know that I am wearing them. Thank you Hear In Kentucky!
